Can I kick it? yes I can.

This is me the founder of StarQualityPrinting skateboarding a few years back with a friend. It's been years between then and the last time I skated which was about 3 months ago.
I saw a kid who looked about 10 years old skating in Queens with one of those new skateboards that has to twist to move. I asked if I can skate with him and he said shore. I tried it and couldn't really get the hang of it though. This kid was really good on that thing and for me to keep falling it was embarrassing, especially with my older cuz and his girl friend laughing at me.

I asked the little kid if he had a regular skateboard in attempts to get a little dignity back. But this kid went into his house and brought out a really small skate board, My feet could not even spread out more than shoulder length apart from each other, plus the lip was broken off, so I could barely do any tricks. I still got on and was surprised to find out that I haven't lost a thing. Actually I got better. I did a few pop shove-its, olies, and a few tricks I forget the names of. I didn't really do any elaborate tricks though, like kick flips etc. because one I don't know how and second because the lip was broken off. I tried just spinning around in a 180 while skating forward and did it. That was the first time I've ever done it, and with that tiny skate board. I got so excited I tried it again. Only this time I fell off balance and while falling tried dodging a parked car and skid for a few feet on the palm of my hands. Yes, lots of Ouch lol. My hands burned for the rest of the day.

I haven't skated since then but soon I will go back to GA and skate with some friends again. Hopefully I can get a skateboard my size. I will post the photos on this page so that you all can share the laughs my friends did when I skated with them.
